Spring 2021 Workshop #4: Android Studio, The Basics and Building a Simple Surface View Camera App

Description: In this workshop, we will review some of the fundamentals like snackbar, toast, layout, views, activity, and others and build a simple surface view camera application. As we have used "Intent" to take pictures in my previous workshop, we will be using surfaceview, which is another method to take pictures. We will be using an emulator from android studio, so android phone is not required.
