Just a quick note:
I believe that all foods can be consumed in moderation. I think it's important to eat the foods you enjoy, whilst being conscious of maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. It is important to be mindful that some foods are more calorie-dense than others, but this doesn't mean you should restrict these foods from your diet, rather be conscious of your portion sizes for the lifestyle you live.
