OTT is a powerful upwards and downwards compressor at a very cheap price of £0. This powerhouse of a compressor can be overused and over the top but used creatively or sensibly can yield great results.
I demonstrate the use of the free vst Xfer OTT on a synth lead and a bass track to demonstrate adding sparkle and noise or over exaggerating the bass to give a huge filled out sound.
Usually free vst downloads are either too simple, not updated or awful and Xfer OTT falls into none of the those as this is a gem along with Synth 1 and Tal Reverb 2.
