As spotted by u/Leopeva64-2 on Reddit, there will be an indicator in the toolbar when the Battery Saver mode is active, and it will be possible to turn it off from the dialog. The 'high efficiency mode' (Snooze tabs) will also have its own indicator, that will appear for a few seconds in the address bar when clicking on a tab that has been previously discarded.
