Strawberry Mango Mousse Cake Recipe
Strawberries and mangoes are two of my absolute favorite fruits and I knew I had to pair the two together in a desert recipe, and that’s how these cupcakes were born.
These strawberry mango mousse cake start out with a classic vanilla cake recipe that you can add a dash of mango flavor to by using mango yogurt. If you can’t find mango yogurt, you can keep these simpler with plain yogurt or sour cream (either will do for this recipe). Once baked and cooled, the cupcakes are filled with strawberry jam and frosted with swirled mango and strawberry buttercreams.
