In this week's video, I show you the basics of PremierE Pro slow motion, as well as a great tool called the Rate Stretch Tool.
The Rate Stretch Tool will allow you to make your clip slow motion to the exact speed that you need it to be. In other words, if you have a space between two clips, and you would like to fill the gap with a slow motion clip, but don't know how much it needs to be slowed down, the Rate Stretch Tool is your friend!
