If you want to hide your Instagram Notes from someone, follow these steps:
1. Open Instagram and go to your DMs (Direct Messages) by tapping the message icon in the top right.
2. Tap on the “+” (Add Note) at the top of your DMs.
3. Select "Share with..." under your profile picture.
4. Choose "Close Friends" and add only the people you want to see your notes.
