Fuji asked me if I would make a video for them using my MK E-Mount cinema lenses (which I use with my Sony FS5 and FS7 cameras, as well as my Kinefinity cameras) with the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K. So I said "Sure! Would love to!"
Using a new mount from MTF services you simply remove the screws from the E-mount one and replace it with the micro four thirds one. You cannot do this with the X-mount version because of all the electronics.
This video explains all the benefits of these lenses that I have now been using for almost 2 and a half years. They are simply amazing to use and remind of me so much of using proper lenses like I used to in my TV News days.
Whilst these lenses aren't dirt cheap, for super high quality cinema zooms they are a bloody bargain and will see me through many different cameras over the years to come.
