National strike organised by Israeli protestors as they demand release of hostages
Tens of thousands of people protested on the streets of Israel last night to demand a ceasefire after the bodies of six hostages were found in Gaza over the weekend.

Today, a national strike was organised for the first time since October 7, because of the mounting public anger at the Israeli government's handling of the war in Gaza and the release of the hostages.
