While both approaches can be beneficial, we have found that PRP drastically outperforms prolotherapy. This doesn’t mean that prolotherapy doesn’t have its place within the realm of orthobiologic injections, but it does mean that it’s not our main injection and hasn’t been for half a decade. #shorts
