Here you will find pizza the way you like it! I offer dough recipes: on water, on kefir, on sour cream and mayonnaise, and 3 types of filling. I love all 3 and it doesn't take long to cook!
RECIPES:
1. Pizza on kefir:
DOUGH
Eggs 2 pieces
Kefir 8 tablespoons
Flour 8 tablespoons
Salt 1/3 teaspoon
FILLING
Ketchup
Boiled mushrooms 150 g
Onion 1/4 piece
Boiled meat 160 g
Pickled cucumbers 3-4 pieces
Hard cheese 100 g
Fry in a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil when heated a little more than the minimum.
2. Pizza with sour cream and mayonnaise:
DOUGH
Sour cream 4 tablespoons
Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
Eggs 2 pieces
Flour 8 tablespoons
Salt 0.5 teaspoon
FILLING
Ketchup
Sausage 150 g
Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
Cheese 100 g
Fry in a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil with minimal heat.
3. Pizza on the water and without eggs
DOUGH
Flour 60 g
Warm water 40 g
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
FILLING
Ketchup
Ham 150 g
Tomato 1 piece
Mozzarella 60 g (optional)
Cheese 100 g
Fry in a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil when heated a little more than the minimum.
