To celebrate the first day of winter, here’s my secret to having fresh cilantro all winter long! I’ve never had any luck starting cilantro seeds inside, so I always move part of my fall crop inside when the weather gets cold enough that their growth stalls. The plants will start growing again, and you can have fresh coriander all winter.
