NO KNEAD cheese bread!

3 minute no-knead dough. Seriously epic cheese crust. Molten cheese ribboned inside. Obsessed!!! - N x ❤️

Cheese Bread (it’s NO-KNEAD!)
 
3 cups bread flour (450g) (sub plain/all-purpose*)
2 tsp instant yeast aka rapid rise^
1 1/2 tsp cooking/kosher salt
1 1/2 cups very warm tap water (375ml/375g)
2 1/2 cups (tightly packed) Colby cheese, freshly shredded (250g), or other cheese of choice
 
1. Mix dry ingredients, mix in water. Rise 2 – 3 hrs until doubled (1.5 hrs next to heater!)
2. Preheat pot 240°C/450°F (220°C fan). Turn dough out onto lightly floured work surface. Reserve 1/3 cheese for topping. Fold inwards 4 times, stuffed/layered with remaining cheese. Flip onto parchment paper. Pile reserved cheese on top. Bake 35 min covered, 10 min uncovered, rest 10 min. Eat!
 
Normal flour is not quite as chewy like real artisan bread. Still very good. Don’t make a special trip out for bread flour (unless making to impress)
^ For normal active dry yeas (sachets), dissolve yeast in splash of the warm water, then mix it in with the rest of the water. No need to make foamy.
