How to blur faces in CapCut starts with adding a video to the project. After that, copy the video clips and place one of them onto the Overlay track.
The next step is to add a Blur effect in the Lens category on the Effects menu in the latest CapCut app. After that apply the object to the Overlay clip and adjust the length.
You can adjust the blur effect so that it covers only the face via the Mask menu with the Circle option, and adjust the position, size, and also the feather.
