I made some chill west coast style beats from scratch. This isn't a step by step tutorial, but it shows the whole process of starting a beat and recording sounds from scratch.
I used sounds from Arturia Analog Labs and Native Instruments Komplete 13. I also used a Fender Stratocaster for guitar melodies and a PO KO 33 to sample off a vinyl.
