Here's the project description I sent to the Fiverr Gigs:
Hello! Please read the full outline.
I run a YouTube channel with 100K+ subscribers. I’m in need of a new intro bumper and outro that represents me, my channel, and my humor. Note I will be showing my subscribers the new intro and outro and mentioning your fiver gig.
I need the intro to be NO MORE than 8 seconds long, preferably 5-7 seconds. The outro for end screens is to be a minimum of 12 seconds so I can place two video sized slots (for next suggested video (square) and a playlist (square), then two smaller slots for the subscribe photo of my channel (round) and the same size for my university link (square) as you can see on my videos.
You can steal any assets you need from my channel or social media, or I can provide if needed. I MUST have the Premiere Pro and/or After Effects project file(s) with ALL assets used so I can modify later if needed. This should be 4K, 1080 is OK as long as scaling them doesn't pixelated.
Leave 15 frames or more of BLACK dead space (before and after) the intro and outro so I can trim. I will provide my own music that I know is cleared as I change that up often, or if you can use Premium Beat music as I have licenses for that. https://bit.ly/PremiumBeatMusic
The budget is [$$$] as stated on your gig page for intro and outro as my budget is spread to 7 other gigs as I will be testing them to find the correct intro/outro for my channel. I am giving each person pretty much free promo on my Bumper Release video - so no upsell, please.
