VIENNA OPERA BALL - NO SOUND

The climax of the Austrian carnival was the Opera Ball which took place at the Opera House. 14,000 carnations decorated the boxes and the main room, and all seats were sold out to visitors from all over the world. Among personalities were the Federal President DR. ADOLF SCHAERF, the Federal Chancellor DR. ALFONS GORBACH and the members of the Government. 208 couples made their "debut", and more than 7,000 guests till the early morning. good for champagne drinking
