Since launching this course, we've been inspired by the hundreds of beautiful photos posted to the course discussions. We thought it would be a great opportunity to have a friendly competition to see the best of the best.
We are pleased to introduce the first-ever Photography Masterclass annual competition. Check out the prizes below, then read the full instructions on how to enter the competition.

How to enter the competition?
From now until October 31, post your top photos to the discussion forum (limit one discussion post and 3 photos per student). Make sure to include #PhotoCompetition in the title of your post so we can easily find them.
Write a 1-3 sentence description of your photo. What is it a photo of? Why did you take it? What camera and lens did you use?
Include your name and a link to your website/portfolio if you have one.
Sound good?
Let the competition begin!
Notes:
Your photos will be judged by the two instructors (Sam and myself), along with a panel other professional photographers and enthusiasts.
Results of the competition will be announced mid-November.
Since photos posted to the discussions aren't high-resolution, I will ask all winners to share their photos with me via a dropbox/google drive folder or online photo site like Imgur.
We'll actually be looking at all of the photos posted this year so far. If you would not like your photos to be included in this competition, just send me a message stating so. Otherwise, all posted photos are included in the 2015 competition.
