High-ranking cartel member’s arrest may spark violence: Border Patrol | Morning in America
In a memo obtained by NewsNation, officials with the Border Patrol's Laredo Sector Intelligence Unit said the arrest of a top member of the Cartel del Noreste on Tuesday may increase violence at the border in the form of retaliatory attacks. The memo warns border agents are encouraged to practice caution when encountering military-aged noncitizens along the border.
