How To Prevent Windows 10 Computer From Turning On When in Sleep Mode
This video will show you a simple way to check to see if your Windows 10 computer is turning on by itself using a setting in Security and Maintenance. If you turn off the scheduled wake-up in maintenance, your computer will no longer wake up at the specified time. Usually this is in the middle of the night at 2am or 3am.
Note: this may not fix every reason why your computer is turning on by itself.
