If you’ve ever wanted to try top quality wagyu in Japan, this is the place to visit. Chef Ishizaki meticulously prepares each course which consists of the highest quality wagyu you can find!
I was blown away by his attention to detail and felt so honoured to watch a master at work.
By the end of the SEVEN course meal (yes seven 👀) I could barely walk 🥲 I had to be rolled home, I was that full. I found out after if you can’t finish all the food Chef Ishizaki will prepare a special bento box so you don’t waste any precious wagyu.
I didn’t get a bento but I did get an omiyage (souvenir) which were precious chopsticks!
