If you have faced this problem, follow these steps to troubleshoot them.
A. Some Common Fixes within chrome First:

If you are able to access Chrome, then try these
1. Clear the cache, browsing history and cookies,
2. Check the proxy settings,
3. Disable the Extensions,
4. Update Google Chrome @ https://www.google.com/chrome/browser...
5. Reset Chrome,
6. Uninstall and reinstall the browser
7. Turning off "Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed"
8. Turning off "Use hardware acceleration when available".
