crop opening transitions are used to reveal an image or a video clip, you can create them in premiere pro by applying the split effect to the start or ending of your clip on your timeline. begin by adding the desired video or image into your timeline, next move over to the effect library and search for the split effect. Next drag and apply this effect to the start or end of the clip.
Now to create a crop opening transition effect, simply select the split transition at the start of your video clip and move to the effects control tab. ad in the effects control tab, select the south to north arrow botton to create an opening appearance.
but to create a closing transition effect , simply add the split effect to the end of our clip, and select the split transition. next move over to the effects control library and check the reverse option to reverse the effect, and also select the south to north arrow button to create a down to up closing crop transition.
