Button design for website user interface often needs to follow the visual hierarchy to ensure users click on items in the proper order. Don't, therefore, use accent colors for secondary buttons as the color accent can significantly impact the call to action button which should be primary.
UI and UX should be considered for all things, even the most simple things like button designs like this. When creating a number of buttons, ensure the primary button has a primary and secondary variation, and the secondary accent color has its own primary and secondary variation.
