How to do CIRCLE OUTLINE ANIMATION in Premiere Pro
To begin I added a video to my timeline and I would like to create an animated circle around these white cows.
First, in your toolbar, click and hold on the rectangle tool and then select ellipse tool.
Now create an ellipse around your subject, and hold down the shift key while doing that to create a nice proportional ellipse.
Now with your ellipse selected, go to effect controls and expand the shape.
Uncheck the fill property and check stroke and set stroke color to a color that you want, also set stroke width to a value you want.
Now extend the graphic length so it matches your clip.
Then go to effects panel and search for clock wipe, drag and drop clock wipe effect into the start of your clip.
If I play the video, you can see the result is not ok.
To fix this problem, first with selection tool, drag the circle into the middle of your video, no need to be exact here.
Now the result is much better.
Right-click on your circle and select nest, set a name for it and click ok.
Now premiere added this nested sequence to our project.
Now you can move the circle to anywhere you want, double click on it in program panel and move it.
