ALL EPIC Dark Magician Girl (and evolutions) summons (except Sevens)!

As one of you proposed I am showing the epic Dark Magician Girl Summons and evolutions from the anime ... except sevens, for 3 reasons: for one I did not watch it yet, then because I wanted to keep rush duels out of this as they are a different format with different cards and third as I did not do it with red-eyes either.
