If someone is tracking your location using Google Maps without knowing you, you can check on Google Maps to see if they are doing so.
Open Google map
Click one profile icon
Click on location sharing
Here you will see the list if someone tracks your location.
If you're worried about being tracked online, there are steps you can take to protect yourself.
Click on the list, and then click on the stop button. This will prevent them from being able to track you more.
