Then i try to click " Yes " option again it shows the following notification:

Report sending failed

There was an error while transferring the data to the FTP server.

Thanks a lot for the help. Solution:

1.Open your vlc media player application.

2.Goto "Tools" - "Preferences" then choose "input/codecs" tab.

3.Here choose "Hardware-accelerated decoding" as "Automatic" then click to save all changes.

4.Then again goto "Tools" -"Preferences".

5.This time choose "Video" tab.

6.Here select output as "openGL video output" then also untick "Accelerated video output".

7.Once again click to "save" all changes.
