Croissants like in a bakery! Flaky, Crispy, simple and very tasty! Baking for tea
Ingredients:
Flour +/- 450 grams
Milk - 300 ml.
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Butter - 25 grams
Vanilla
Salt - a pinch
Dry yeast - 7 grams
To layer the dough:
Butter - 90-100 grams
For lubrication:
Yolk - 1 pc.
Milk - 1 tbsp.
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) for 20-25 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the characteristics of the oven
