I explained this in the last part, but as they are discovered for the first time in this video, I'll include this again. There are many Yiga Hideouts throughout the Depths. These consist of many traps (which can be bypassed by flying in from above), which guard a sealed shack with two Chests. The only way to break the seal, is to defeat the Yiga Member with the glowing red icon in front of him. Once defeated, we can enter the shack and open the two chests. These chests will always contain the same two things, a Large Crystallized Charge, and a Yiga Schematic. There are 34 Yiga Schematics in the game, and all of them are found in the Depths. Yiga Schematics are basically the same thing as Schema Stones, but crudely made by the Yiga Clan.
After clearing out a Yiga Hideout and getting the Yiga Schematic, I always demonstrate the Schematic and look for the Yiga Journal for information.
After a Temple Boss is defeated, it will appear in three specific locations throughout the Depths. An example would be defeating Muktorok in one of its locations in the video. There will be two other locations for it elsewhere, and three locations for Colgera as well as the others. After defeating a Boss, we'll unlock a Chest containing a Huge Crystallized Charge (only for the first time defeating it at that location), and it will also drop something specific. For Muktorok, that would be a mass of Octorok parts, and for Colgera, Colgera's Jaw that we can Fuse to a weapon.
