Our next guest is a former Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU) operator, also known as SEAL Team 6. Dom Raso shares with us the challenges he faced, from growing up in a broken home to his childhood adventures with G.I. Joe, and his aspirations of becoming a Navy SEAL. Dom passionately describes the depth of his commitment to his craft, spanning from Research and Development (R&D) to combatives. Throughout his journey, he has encountered numerous instances where he had to employ specialized tools and techniques to engage the enemy – one memorable incident involved using a knife on a rooftop. Dom reflects on teammates he lost from combat operations, to include Extortion 17, one of the biggest losses in SEAL Team history.
We later hear about the faith Dom has carried with him before and after his military career and how he applies these methodologies he has learned throughout his time at development group in his business, Dynamis Alliance.
