To begin I added a video and a text to my timeline and I nested them before, now I have a nested sequence in my timeline and I want my video and text back.
Just double click on the nested sequence to open it in timeline.
Now press ctrl + a to select all the layers and then press ctrl + c to copy all of them.
Now go back to original sequence you were working on and move the timeline anywhere empty and press ctrl + v to paste the layer.
Now you can delete the nested sequence.
If it happens a lot that you need to un nest a nested sequence, you can use subsequences instead of nested sequences.
