New Ableton Live Snare drum generator, no 3rd party plugins, no samples, thousands of snare drums
Let me introduce the TFP - SNARE 02, Not based on samples, just native Ableton Live 11 instruments and effects. You can generate pretty near infinite amounts of snare drums, either by tweaking the parameters manually or hammer away at that random button until you get something you like. Good tool if you feel the classic TR-808 and TR-909 sounds are overused, but you want something synthetic.
I will be releasing a few drum voices over the the coming week, this is just the first one. Please note you will need Ableton Live 11.3 Suite
