This is the only way to get back to the starting town in Cyberpunk 2077. There's a small hole in the rocks next to the border wall. You can slip through and climb up the other side, now you're out of bounds.
From here you can return to the nomad starting village in Cyberpunk 2077. This is the only way we know of to return to the Cyberpunk 2077 prologue town.
The sheriff is not there, so sadly you can't give him what for. If you return to Cyberpunk 2077 nomad starting zone there's really not much other than some shards and a few junk items.
