Crestron's Automate VX Receives ‘First of its Kind’ Teams Certification
Crestron’s multi-camera switching solution, Automate VX, has been awarded a ‘first-of-its-kind’ certification as a Microsoft Teams Room Device for large and extra-large rooms.
Automate VX provides excellent, high-fidelity meeting experiences with production-style cuts that Crestron describes as “unparalleled” in the market, taking Microsoft Teams meetings to the next level.
The Automate VX is ideal for high-impact spaces, supporting up to 12 cameras and ensuring remote participants have a clear view of in-person attendees. Other features include cameras that utilise voice-activated switching to capture speakers so those inside the room will no longer need to think about switching controls or where they should be looking.
This news signals the latest collaboration in Crestron and Microsoft’s 15-year partnership, in which both companies have been working together to produce advanced, optimal meeting experiences.
