100% Solution - 0x00000000 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be written.
Whenever I was switching on or switching off my PC, I was getting the following error message:

The instruction at 0x00000000 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be written.
Click on OK to terminate the program
---------------------------
I opened the command promot and used the following command sfc /scannow. It worked well for me and the error never came back again.
