Today we're making the Daedric Sword from a famous game The Elder Scrolls V : Skyrim
The main parts are made out of 8mm and 6mm steel. The drawing is made with engraving and electrochemical etching (electrolysis). Instead of paints, the damasking in vegetable oil was used with a slight heating up to 200 degrees, as well as the bluing in citric acid, which together gave an interesting result.
