FIX PLAYHEAD STUTTERING PREMIERE PRO: For more than 7 months my playhead was stuttering/freezing in Premiere Pro. Initially I thought it's because my computer's specs were low. So, I upgraded my computer (GPU, RAM, CPU) to the highest specs. Guess what, the playhead stuttering didn't go away! Finally, I found a few solutions to fix the playhead stuttering. Watch this video to learn why so many people (long time Premiere Pro users) are leaving. It seems Adobe is not able to deliver Premiere Pro without glitches, errors, bugs, stuttering, etc. What a shame!

UPDATE: I've found the solutions in this video by lots of trial & error in a 7 months period. Once Premiere Pro fixes the playhead stuttering in the normal version, I'll update in the pinned comment!

NOTE: It took me more than 7 months in finding the solutions! So, pay attention!
Why people are leaving Premiere Pro? Playhead is stuttering is one of the reasons!
Conditions that cause the Playhead stuttering
1. Clip is selected
2. "Effect Controls" panel is selected
Solutions:
1. Don't select "Effect Controls" by selecting another panel or closing "Effect Controls" panel!
2. Unselect clip. NOTE: Basically, selecting a clip on the timeline & having "Effect Controls" open causes the Playhead stuttering!
3. After undocking timeline panel, you could then have the clip selected & "Effect Controls" panel open without having the playhead stuttering.
Undocking other panels can make the stuttering worst! For example, undocking program monitor panel will completely freeze the playhead! Playhead completely freezes!
Playhead stuttering happens on a 32" 4K resolution monitor & there's no playhead stuttering on a Smaller Full HD resolution monitor. IMPORTANT: After moving to another small Full HD monitor - playhead stuttering fixed!
UPDATE: Meanwhile, I contacted Adobe Customer Care and discussed the playhead stuttering over the last few months. Adobe customer care did a lot of troubleshoots, back & forth emails, phone calls, remote access to my computer, etc.
IMPORTANT: Adobe's customer care has informed the Premiere Pro development team and now Adobe has updated its Premiere Pro Beta version to fix the playhead stuttering!
It confirms that the playhead stuttering is caused by bug in Premiere Pro's coding!
Now that Premiere Pro has fixed the playhead stuttering (in beta version), I'm getting a new problem - random video glitches both during playback & after export!
