How to Make a Mailing List in Gmail?
1. Open Your Favorite Browser
2. Go to Gmail.com
3. Enter your User name and Password.
4. Click Sign in to Login to Your Gmail Account
5. Now, Locate the Gmail Button at the top left of your Gmail page and click on it.
6. Select Contacts from the Drop down menu.
7. Click 'New Group' option to open it
8. Give a name for the new group, for example 'Work'.
9. Now, click OK to create it.
10. Click on 'Work' group to open it.
11. Click on the Plus icon.
12. This will open a window.
13. Start adding contacts to this group.
14. Enter name and Email address of the person and click add.
15. Continue the same procedure until you enter all your worker contacts
16. A new group 'Work' will be shown on your Contacts with a number of contacts in parenthesis.
17. Now, click ‘Contacts’ button, then select 'Gmail' option to return to the original page.
18. Click 'Compose' button to start composing an e-mail for the new ‘Work’ group.
19. Type Work in the ‘to’ Field.
20. All your work contacts will be automatically inserted into the "TO:" Field.
21. Enter the subject and the message.
22. Click Send.
