PowerDirector - Float a facial image like a bubble in front of a video
One of my subscribers was watching an old American program called "Lawrence Welk" and wondered if we could mimic the technique there where a performer's face was showcased as floating across the screen as if it were a bubble. We show you how to create that effect using both PowerDirector and PhotoDirector in this tutorial.
