When your macros are dialed in…
🎛️ Macro buttons are programmable keys for a keyboard, mouse or another device (like my Creator Micro from Work Louder). My custom keys allow me to automate actions or commands to speed me up in Adobe Illustrator.
In the order seen in the video, these were:
1. Centre to artboard
2. Minus front (pathfinder)
3. Flip and copy
4. Minus front again
5. Fit artboard to selected art
6. Export selection
…but I have a few more on this 12 button device, which are
Flip (only)
Expand
Unite
Intersect
Exclude
Blend
…and finally, a shortcut button for emojis because I use them so often. 👍🥴
