Cubase. How to turn off musical mode in Cubase.
Cubase DAW Issues solved. QUICKLY turn off musical mode.

Essentially get into edit mode on an audio track and find the reverse video note icon (i.e. a white background and black note). It should be in the center of the screen. Click that to turn musical mode off. You should now find that you can go ahead and do the action that musical mode was preventing you from continuing on.
