Police confiscating water bottles from pepper-sprayed demonstrators and left on the road

This confiscated bottle was put down in the road (at 00:38), not on the pavement, and left there.
Another officer picks up a bottle from the pavement or edge of the road (at 00:30), and puts it down in the middle of the road (also at 00:38).
A third bottle is in the road too.
