Character.AI - How to Delete Chats !
In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through the steps to delete chats on Character.AI. Whether you want to clean up your chat history or remove specific messages, the process is simple.
To begin, open the Character.AI app or website and log into your account. Once logged in, navigate to the specific chat you want to delete. This can be a conversation with a character or any other chat you’ve had.
After entering the chat, tap on the character’s profile icon located at the top of the screen. This will open additional options for that chat. Scroll down to the bottom of the options, where you’ll see a red button labeled "Remove Messages."
Tap on "Remove Messages" to start selecting the messages you want to delete. As you select each message, any related replies will also be automatically selected. Once you’ve selected all the messages you wish to delete, tap on the "Delete Selected Messages" button at the bottom of the screen.
The selected messages will be permanently deleted from the chat.
