Why No One Should Use Enraged (Warframe)
This brings back the original hysteria at the price of a cooldown. The problem is the damage bonus and the crit change bonus don't help her at all. I've found myself using her hysteria less and less with the augment on and even with minimal power strength her talons still do great damage. So all this effectively did was give valkyr duration based hysteria at the cost of a cooldown.
