This is how you harvest 100 Pak Choi seeds. In this video I will show you how I grow and harvest my own Pak Choi seeds that I use each year.
From one single plant you can collect 50-100 Pak Choi seeds. All you have to do is let the plant grow into the summer months and the heat will cause bolting.
