In this video we take a look at how to paint a Space Marines Primaris Librarian, using a combination of Contrast and classic Citadel paints. Scroll down for a full list of the paints used in this tutorial.

For this tutorial, we'll be looking at how to paint the deep blue power armour worn by Librarians hailing from Codex-compliant Chapters, as well as those more divergent Chapters, such as the Dark Angels.
