Context
The Ministry of Transport of Tatarstan confirmed that the specified area where the incident occurred was closed for repairs. The corresponding road signs were installed, which, however, did not prevent all three cars from driving there.
According to official data The driver of the Lada Largus, did not choose a safe speed, drove into a mountain of asphalt chips and flew into the oncoming lane, where he rammed a Kia Serato (from which the video was recorded) and a Volkswagen minivan. It was only by miracle that no one was seriously injured in the accident.
