If you find a wormhole, it may contain several Sleeper-infested sites listed immediately in your Probe Scanner. Defeating the Sleeper drones will reward you with loot worth vast amounts of ISK, but be warned - combat sites in wormhole space are much more difficult than those in Highsec. A good place to start with wormhole combat is to find a Class 1 wormhole and to try a site using a battlecruiser or cruiser with strong defensive capabilities.
