It turns out you can duplicate skill shards in Cyberpunk 2077, at least in December 2020. This will actually give you infinite quickhacking XP in Cyberpunk 2077.
If you can find two skill shards on a single lootable object (body, box, etc.), then you can put one of them in your inventory when you pick them up.
This is the only way to put skill shards in your inventory in Cyberpunk 2077. This is the only way in Cyberpunk 2077 to duplicate skill shards. If you were wondering why you can't pickup skill shards, it's because the first one auto uses, but if you pick up two at once the second one will pick up normally while the first one gets uses instantly.
